Tarta asta am facut-o la repezeala cu ceea ce aveam in casa.Imi era pofta de ceva dulce si in acelasi timp racoritor si mia iesit aceasta tarta foarte gustoasa si racoritoare cu fructe exotice de ti se topesc in gura,buna ,buna si se face foarte rapid si se pot pune orice fel de fructe nu neaparat exotice.<br />

MOD DE PREPARARE:<br />
Inindem foaia de patiserie intr-o tava,o intepam cu furculita si asezam merele taiate feliute subtiri,iar peste ele presaram zahar si scortisoara,dam la cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C pentru 10 minute ,se lasa la racit<br />

INGREDIENTE PENTRU CONDIMENTAT PASTA:<br />
250gr rosii proaspete<br />
1 catel usturoi<br />
1 peperoncino sau gata macinat<br />
200 gr mozzarella<br />
5 frunze busuioc<br />
2 linguri parmezan ras<br />

MOD DE PREPARARE:<br />
Daca face-ti pasta in casa, in primul rand trebuie sa fierbe-ti spanacul,nu cu foarte multa apa,cam jumatate,adica sa nu se acopere spanacul,se pune un capac deasupra si se lasa sa fiarba circa 5 minute ,dupa care se lasa la scurs si racit.Se fruleaza si se pun toate ingredientele mentionate mai sus.Daca spanacul e congelat se pune mai putin lapte.Se amesteca toate ingredientele,obtinand un aluat care sa se poata modela usor.Din acest aluat se fac mici figurine la placere,puteti face orice forma doriti voi,dupa care se dau la fiert in apa fierbinte cu sare.Sant gata atunci cand se ridica la suprafata.La fel procedati si cu cele de cumparat,se fierb in apa fierbinte cu sare si cand se ridica la suprafata sant gata.<br />

Intre timp curatam cartofii de coaja si ai zdobim.Amestecam cartofii cu faina si cele 2 lingurite de sare ramase,se adauga maiaua ,uleiul,120ml apa de la cartofi,si se framanta bine,se lasa la crescut 40-45 de minute,pana aluatul s-a dublat.Daca aluatul vi se pare prea tare mai adaugati putin cate putina apa in care au fiert cartofii,si la sfarsit inca 1-2 linguri cu ulei de masline,eu asa am procedat<br />

Dupa cum stie toata lumea exista aceasta traditie Romaneasca de a intampina sarbatoarea celor 40 de sfinti,de pe 9 Martie cu acest preparat dulce si in acela-si timp buni de nu te mai poti opri din mancat,si anume mucenici.Acesti mucenici se fac ca niste colacei mici in forma de opturi care se inmoaie intr-o zeama nemaipomenit de buna si parfumata ,unsi cu miere si presarati cu nuca,mmmm,,,o bunatate,sant super deliciosi,pufosi pe dinauntru , crocanti si dulci pe dinafara,buni ,buni!!!Din compozitia pe care am facut-o mi-au iesit fix 40 de mucenici,nici prea ,mari nici foarte mici!<br />

INGREDIENTE:<br />
1 kg faina<br />
25 gr drojdie<br />
2 linguri miere<br />
250 ml apa calduta<br />
6 lingiuri zahar<br />
3 linguri de ulei(eu am pus mai multe cam 5-6)<br />
esente(rom,vanilie,portocala,lamaie)<br />
<br />
SIROP:<br />
300 ml apa,chiar si mai multa<br />
150 gr zahar<br />
1 plic zahar vanilat<br />
esente<br />

MOD DE PREPARARE:<br />
In primul rand se pregateste maiaua care se lasa la dospit cam o jumatate de ora,se face din drojdie proaspata,1 lingurita de zahar,2 linguri de apa calduta si 2 linguri de faina,se amesteca toate ingredientele si se lasa la loc cald acoperit recipientul cu un capac s-au un servet pana face basicute.<br />
Intr-un castron mai mare se adauga faina cernuta,se face o gaura in mijloc dupa care adaugam maiaua ,esentele,zaharul,apa calduta,mierea,un varf de sare si cele 3 linguri de ulei<br />

Din toate aceste ingrediente am framantat un aluat nu prea moale si usor de modelat,tocmai de aceea pe parcurs am mai adaugat apa calduta cat sa pot framanta bine,iar dupa ce l-am framantat de mi-au iesit ochii am mai adaugat ulei pana ce aluatul a devenit elastic si usor de modelat.Se lasa sa creasca la loc cald ferit de curenti de aer rece,circa 1,1/2h<br />

MOD DE PREPARARE:<br />
Intr-o tigaie mai adanca,ideal ar fi o tigaie anume pentru paste,pentru ca e mult mai adanca decat cele normale,punem uleiul de masline si catelul de usturoi sa se caleasca.Dupa ce s-a calit scotem usturoiul din tigaie si adaugam dovleceii curatati,spalati si taiati rondele mai grosute.Lasam sa la fiert pana dovleceii se inmoaie un pic.<br />

Dragii mei bloggheri si bloggherite,s-a implinit un an de cand am avut curajul sa-mi deschid acest blog cu retete,nu am crezut ca voi trece anul,dar din fericire cu ajutorul si sustinerea voastra am reusit sa trec de acest hop si sper sa continu cati mai multi ani posibili alaturi de voi si sa-mi impartasesc experientele mele in domeniul artei culinare,nu stiti de cate ori am vrut sa ma retrag,dar mesajele ,comentariile voastre mau facut sa merg inainte ,spun asta pentru ca din partea voastra am primit numai comentarii frumoase care mau bucurat foarte mult si mi-au dat curajul sa merg mai departe,Va multumesc din suflet,fara voi nu as fi reusit!Si fiind zi de sarbatoare pentru mine am zis sa nu trec asa cu vederea si sa nu sarbatoresc,am pregatit acest tort care nu arata tocmai bine zic eu ,pentru simplu fapt ca nu ma pricep la decorarea torturilor,dar a iesit o super bunatate de tort,facut din crema de ciocolata,frisca,gem de visine si insiropat ci lichior de visine,mmm,,,,yammy,foarte bun,dulce acrisor!!!Va doresc din tot sufletul sa aveti parte de cat mai multe postari cu retete frumoase si gustoase!va puuuup pe toti!<br />

Astazi am pregatit o tarta super delicioasa si un strudel de mere de te lingi pe degete.Postez amandoua retetele pentru ca dupa cum a-ti observat nu prea mai am timp sa postez retete fiind foarte ocupata.Retete am foarte multe si nu stiu cand am sa reusesc sa le postez pe toate.Poze din aceste doua retete ce va propun eu astazi nu am pas cu pas,doar poze finale,tot din lipsa de timp,dar sper ca in curand sa-mi revin si sa-mi fac timp si pentru poze pas cu pas,deci:<br />

INGREDIENTE:<br />
500gr broccoli<br />
1 blat pizza din comert<br />
1 piept de pui<br />
3 oua<br />
1 cana cu lapte<br />
2 linguri de faina<br />
100gr parmezan<br />
50gr unt<br />
sare,piper,nucsoara,cimbru uscat<br />
<br />
MOD DE PREPARARE:<br />
Se aseaza blatul intr-o tava rotunda si se inteapa cu o furculita.Broccoli se oparesc in apa fierbinte cu sare cateva minute,dupa care se lasa sa se scurga bine.Pieptul de pui ori al fierbeti ori il prajiti putin pe gratar,eu una l-am pus pe gratar dar va asigur ca e bun si fiert.Dupa ce s-au scurs bine broccoli se aseaza buchetele mici peste aluat.Separat se bat ouale,se adauga cele 2 linguri de faina,laptele si se amesteca bine sa nu se faca cocoloase dupa care adaugam branza rasa,piperul ,nucsoara si un pic de cimbru,sare se pune doar daca e nevoie,adaugam si untul topit se incorporeaza apoi fasii de piept de pui,se amesteca bine si rasturnam aceasta compozitie peste broccoli.Se da la cuptorul inccins la 180°C pentru 30-40 de minute.Inainte cu 10 minute de a scote tarta de la cuptor se presara parmezan pe deasupra si se mai lasa la cuptor pana se topeste parmezanul.<br />

MOD DE PREPARARE:<br />
Curatam merele le taiem fasii si le amestecam cu zaharul,un pic de scortisoara stafidele inmuiate si coaja rasa de la o lamaie.Intindem foaia de patiserie,o ungem cu unt topit si presaram pesmet deasupra,rasturnam merele deasupra si rulam avand grija sa inchidem bine bordurile.Transferam strudelul intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt,ungem pe deasupra strudelui cu untul ramas si presaram un pic de zahar.Se da la cuptorul incins la 180°C pentru 25-30 de minute.Se serveste rece sau caldut presarat cu zahar pudra.<br />

Intre timp se prepara maioneza din cele 2 oua un pic de mustar si ulei la sfarsit se adauga seama de la o lamaie si se amesteca energic.Stoarcem bine fasolea racita si o tocam foarte fin la fel si telina,adaugam cateii de usturoi si maioneza si amestecam,sare si piper,si gata salata e facuta se orneasa dupa preferinte.<br />

Am revenit cu inca o reteta de prajitura pe care am executato de sarbatori si anume faimoasa prajitura Snickers,delicioasa si foarte ciocolatoasa si care sa mancat cel mai repede!poze nu am multe,v-am mai spus si la cealata reteta,nu am avut timp sa pozez toate prajiturile pas cu pas,doar asa in mare!<br />

Se separa ouale,albus de galbenus.Se bate albusul cu cele 300 de grame de zahar spuma tare.Adaugam faina amestecata cu praful de copt,cacao si nuca macinata peste spuma obtinuta,se amesteca totul dupa care se imparte compozitia in trei parti egale.Se coc foile pe dosul tavii la 170°C ,6,7 minute.<br />

Crema:<br />
Intr-o craticioara se pun galbenusurile si oul intreg,cacaua si laptele,Se aseaza pe bain-marie si se amesteca continuu timp de 20 de minute<br />
Se adauga apoi ciocolata rupta bucatele si se tine pe foc pana se topeste dupa care se adauga untul rece din frigider in crema fierbinte,se amesteca pana se incorporeaza untul.Se imparte crema in trei parti egale si se asambleaza prajitura.O foaie un rand de crema ,pe ultimul strat de crema,acela fiind deasupra ultimei foi se poate presara nuca sau ciocolata alba,eu am facut o glazura din zahar pudra amestecata cu lapte obtinand o pasta fluida si am decorat prajitura,am mai pus si margelute decorative(comestibile)se lasa peste noapte nu se mananca imediat,foile trebuie sa se inmoaie bine pentru a putea taia prajiturica.ornamentul nu a fost cine stie ce dar pot sa va spunca a fost suuuper gustoasa,yammy!<br />

Si cum v-am promis ca am sa revin cu retetele de prajituri pe care le-am facut de Craciun,am sa incep cu o delicioasa prajitura care ti se topeste in gura ,dulce acrisoara si anume Alba ca zapada.Dupa cum v-am mai spus nu am poze detaliate pentru ca nu am avut timpul necesar de a fotografia fiecare prajitura in parte mai amanuntit,doar pozele finale!Sper sa va incant papilele gustative!Dar sa nu o mai lungesc cu vorbareala si sa va dau reteta nu!!!<br />

MOD DE PREPARARE:<br />
<br />
Se amesteca untul,ouale,zaharul pudra,sarea,amoniacul si laptele,dupa care se incorporeaza treptat faina.Se framanta u aluat elastic.Aluatul se imparte in trei parti egale si se intind foi nu prea subtiri care se coc pe dosul tavii 5 minute.Atentie sa nu se arda,foaia trebuie sa ramana alba .<br />
CREMA:<br />
<br />
Intr-o craticioara se pune faina si se incorporeaza treptat cu laptele rece pana se omogenizeaza.Se pune pe foc mic si se amesteca continuu ca sa nu se prinda de oala pana se ingroasa,se lasa la racit.<br />
Untul moale se amesteca foarte bine cu zaharul pudra pana ce devine ca o pasta spumoasa care se incorporeaza treptat in faina racita.La sfarsit se adauga coaja de la o lamaie si zeama acesteia.Cu aceasta crema se umple foile.Se lasa peste noapte si daca mai rezistati inca o jumatate de zi la rece pentru ca foile se inmoaie si e mai usor de taiat si mult mai gustoasa.Se presara zahar pudra peste prajitura din abundenta!<br />

De data aceasta am facut ceva foarte simplu si foarte usor de preparat ,obligat fortat,asteptam musafiri si luanduma cu alte preparate,intr-un tarziu mi-am dat seama ca nu aveam nimic dulce in casa.Uitanduma in frigider pentru a vedea ce sa prepar mai intai si intai usor si rapid de facut,am dat peste o foaie de foitaj si repede mi-a venit ideea sa le umplu cu ciocolata,zis si facut,ca doar eram presata de timp!.Aceasta reteta de cornulete fragede va poate salva atunci cand santeti in pana de idei sau atunci cand timpul nu va mai ajuta.Dar sa nu o mai lungesc cu vorbareala,sa va arat cum am facut aceste cornulete care au fost pe placul tuturor!<br />

Se scoate foaia de foitaj de la frigider cu cinci minute inainte ca sa se mai inmoaie aluatul,pentru al putea modela mai bine.Intindem foaia,presaram zahar pe toata suprafata foii,dupa care cu un facalet presaram in asa incat sa intre zaharul putin in aluat.<br />

Mai lasam 1-2 minute pe foc amestecand continuu si pasta e gata.Foarte buune si gustoase,iar daca nu adaugati bacon in paste sant perfecte pentru cei ce tin post in perioada asta.Se servesc calde cu un pic de parmezan adaugat in ploaie si alaturi de un pahar de vin rosu bun!!!<br />
